Work Component

The Arc of Butte County has an Arc Store in both Chico and Oroville which offer employment opportunities for our consumers. Our consumers learn valuable work-related skills which can be transferred to employment in the community. The consumers work (2) hour shifts and make minimum wage while working in the Arc Stores.
